Ho Chi Minh City, also known as Sài Gòn, is the most populous city in Vietnam. It is located in the south-eastern region of Vietnam, and is part of the large Mekong River Delta. Being an economic and financial hub, it is a major contributor to Vietnam’s GDP.  The economy of Ho Chi Minh City consists of industries ranging from mining, seafood processing, agriculture, and construction, to tourism, finance, industry and trade.

Saigon Centre Tower 1

Saigon Centre is a complex building strategically located at the coveted District 1. District 1 is the central urban district of Ho Chi Minh City, the largest city in Vietnam. Saigon Centre Tower 1, completed in 1996, is Keppel Land’s first commercial project in Ho Chi Minh City. The 25-storey building has a total floor area of over 32,500 square metres. One third of them is used for offices. It is a landmark building in Ho Chi Minh City, designed by world-renowned architect Denton Corker Marshall.
